Meeting Sponsor 2024

This sponsorship facilitates one of our six members-only meetings throughout the season. There are two meeting sponsors per meeting. It provides all benefits of our Hilltopper Membership plus recognition at one of the members-only meeting as a sponsor.

*NOTE:* PayPal takes a small portion of each registration fee, which means that the Hilltoppers don’t receive the entire payment. To ensure that Hilltoppers get the entire intended payment, please apply coupon code PAYPAL in the “Have a coupon?” option at the bottom of the page. This will add an additional fee to the registration to cover the cost of this deduction from PayPal.

Alternatively, you can pay with a check to be added manually – this will cut out any reductions and make sure that Hilltoppers gets the entire donation.
